A comprehensive ophthalmologist can diagnose and treat eye diseases, perform eye surgery and prescribe eyeglasses
Many comprehensive ophthalmologists have additional training to treat specific eye conditions, such as glaucoma, cataracts and Diabetic eye diseases

provide high quality and equitable eye care for the needy to phase out blindness and ocular morbidity through comprehensive clinical approaches.

MISSION:

To provide disciplined and proficient training in eye care utilizing clinical experience and evidence-based methodologies
To work towards eliminating curable blindness in India
