The Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) program was conducted from 18th to 20th February 2026 at Malla Reddy Medical College for Women. The program was conducted under aegis of Gandhi Medical College, Regional Center for Medical Education, Secunderabad with the objective of enhancing teaching skills and educational competencies among medical faculty. The sessions focused on modern teaching–learning methods, curriculum planning, student assessment, and effective academic practices in medical education. The program provided a valuable platform for faculty members to strengthen their knowledge and improve the quality of medical teaching.
